Where We Ship From

All Tiniora orders ship from China.

In-Stock Orders

We aim to hand in-stock orders to our logistics partner within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Small parcels are generally sent by air.

Estimated Transit Time

After the logistics carrier accepts a small parcel, estimated transit time is typically 3–5 business days. This is an estimate only; actual delivery may vary by destination, carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather, and local delivery conditions.

Custom and Bulk Orders

For custom orders of 200 pieces or more, sampling generally takes about 5 business days. After sample approval, bulk production generally takes about 10 business days before handoff to the logistics partner. Custom timelines may vary with design complexity, order quantity, and material availability.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please ensure the delivery address and contact information are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer, customs action, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or customs charges assessed by the destination country.
